Little Penguin ToppersCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a square card. Using one of the toppers I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape.

I added glitter to the fur on the little penguin?s hat and pompom and to the wings of the butterflies to enhance this lovely design.

I finished off by adding a silver glitter peel off greeting. This design will make two lovely cards and excellent value for money.
