I printed this beautiful design onto good quality photo paper then mounted onto cream card leaving a border. I then added decoupage using 2mm thick foam pads

Printed on matte photo paper and cut out card topper and decoupage pieces. Added topper to blue card stock blank and added layers with thin foam dots. This is such an adorable card and super easy to make.
