Fluffy Snow Cat Card FrontCompleted by Margarette Blakeborough

I made a matching base card with the sentiment and picture then printed both card and sheet on matte card, I cut away the outer border from the picture and used foam squares to add along with the decoupage, I used opal glitter on the edge of the picture, chains, flowers and sentiment tag, glitter paste on the snow, gems on the snowflakes and then finished with Glossy Accents on the eyes.
