Let it Snow - and a blank one to let you add what you want to say.
Christmas Penguins decoupage panels designed to use with sheet 1 - the Penguins folding panel card cup141618_489 ..... See my CUP video (Episode 21) on how to make this style of card.
Of course you can use them on their own as toppers for your own cards - either make 2 different cards - or use the 2 toppers on the same card.
Add lots of glitter - or white Flowersoft.

I printed this sheet on card and sheet cup141618_489 - PENGUINS - CUT OUT PANEL TRIFOLD CHRISTMAS card - sheet 1 (by the same designer) on photo paper.
I cut, scored and folded sheet 1 to make the card base, and cut the decoupage from sheet 2.
I stuck the decoupage bits onto the base with 1mm foam pads.
