I printed the design on to 160gsm card, cut it out and attached the base to an A5 scallop edge card, placing it slightly to the right side.
I attached the decoupage with sticky pads, used Star Dust Stickles on the sign and the bobbles on Penguin's hat.
I attached small crystal gems to some of the snowflakes. Finally, I tied a red and white check ribbon down the side. I love this card.
