Penquin in a MittenCompleted by Maxine Jones

I stuck the card front to a 5x7 card and added the decoupage layers. I aded a blue ribbon and some silver stars to some of the snowflakes. I decorated it with silver border peeloffs and some glitter to the top of the mitten before adding the greeting.

Children will love this card and it's quick to make.
