I printed out some light green paper with white snowflakes on,and used it for backing, onto this i stuck the base image,i then decoupaged up the pengiuns, and the text,i then sprinkled clear glitter onto all of the snow,i then stuck light green peeloffs around the base picture, and the outside edge of the card.
