Cute Topper of Penguin and Polar Bear on a ScrollCompleted by Eunice Roberts

I stuck some red embossed (Christmas tree) paper on to card stock. I printed this file out twice and stuck the base card on to the card and then cut out the bear and the ribbon with bell out from the second printing and stuck these on with sticky tabs.

I added a "Merry Christmas" tag at the top right corner.
