Kitten WishesCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto gloss photo paper. DST was used to attach the card front to a red glitter matte. DST was used to attach the card front and insert to an ivory colored, textured card. Foam pads were used to add the decoupage.

A dab of crystal glitter was put onto the white parts on the bells. A very cute design.
