I placed the base layer of this design onto good quality card stock and then decoupaged the remaining elements on top.
To complete the card I added snow white flower soft to the fur on the hat.

I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper. I then attached the main image to a piece of metallic white card with double sided tape. This was then attached to a textured blue card blank again with double sided tape.
I then cut out the decoupage pieces and attached them with foam tape.
