Printed onto gloss photo paper. Cut out all the elements, and used Foam Pads to attach Topper to a white 8 inch card. Used foam pads to attach the Decoupage. I used red and gold glitter and crystal gems on aspects of the design.

A great design that makes into a wonderful card.
