To make the uploaded card I first printed the sheet in its exact proportions and cut out all the elements included.

Then, in order to create a card base, I took an A4 fuchsia cardstock sheet, folded it in half and scalloped its lower edge.

On that base I first mounted the coordinating paper and the green ornamental stripe using double sided adhesive tape. The with some double sided adhesive foam pads I put the girl topper on the left and on the right the balloon.

I mounted the sentiment tag on the end of the balloon?s cord so as to give a hanging from the balloon impression.

I finally embellished the balloon?s lower edge with a fuchsia satin ribbon bow.
