An unusual embroidered topper suitable for a variety of occasion!
I resized the design and printed it on to CUP glossy card.I mounted the base image on to a card blank which I had covered with a spotted backing paper, and added the decoupage elements with foam pads.I finished by adding sentiments.A striking finished result!
