I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. I created a square and a DL card from these, laying the pieces out as shown and using foam pads for the 3D elements.

I completed them with black peel-offs for borders.

This is a handy design for 'Get Well' cards with the options of both hospital visits and sick at home images.
