I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I added three flat backed flowers to complete this gorgeous card.

Great humour card. Resized to fit 7x7 card, printed, cut out and layered using silicone glue. Attached to a backing of matching blue/white spot and then attached to my card.
