Steampunk Dream Catcher Card Topper

This is quite a nifty all-occasion card! No sentiments are included, just the "Steampunk" label. I couldn't resist playing with the design, so I printed 2 copies in order to add a bit more decoupage.

First I made the card back by cutting out 1 front while leaving the left side uncut. That I folded back, made a hinge, and glued to the backing.

Using scissors, glue, a craft knife, and foam tape, I added the decoupage by first cutting the second copy to layer the corner pieces, (keeping the gears, flowers, and clock face attached to one corner.) Next I decoupaged the entire curtain first, before starting on its pieces.

I also did the rose hanging with the dream catcher. I then followed the regular steps, finishing by curling up the leaves and the feather a bit (after making a few slices through it with the knife.) The colors and contrast, with the decoupage, are gorgeous.
