I love this card which is quick and easy to make. I mounted it straight onto a pre-made gold card. I added a piece of cord and mounted the heart and tassel over this with double sided foam.

I used all four layers of the tassel and cut them into a fringe which has created a very realistic effect.

Finally I added some small drops of gold liquid pearls.
