Romances Card Topper 2

I printed this on to satin finish photo paper and cut out all the elements. I used a decorative edge 8x8 white card and used inks to randomly smudge the card in shades of blue.

I mounted the base design on to the card with dst and the decoupage with foam pads. I used glitter to highlight the 4 gems on edge of topper and placed crystal gems on edges of card.

I used a sentiment of my choice.
