No Regrets Card Topper 1

Print sheet on quality cardstock and cut out. I used foam pads to decoupage. I traced over the gold border and flourishes with gold smooch. The heart is embossed in gold. I added two white pearls amongst the flourishes and three tiny purple pearls on the sentiment.

I then matted with a backing from kit316063_123. Finally I adhered it to a blank, white, card base with double sided tape. If you require a different sentiment from the ones provided there is a blank tag for you to use. This is an easy to cut and make card that can be used for many different occasions.
