Floral Frame Card TopperCompleted by Valerie Spowart
OccasionFloral / Floral Card Fronts
I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to white card with DST. I added decoupage with foam pads, highlighted flower centres and butterfly with diamond stickles, clear gem to large bow, and finished with gold card candy to corners.
A beautiful design.
