I printed the image twice onto the Pro Luster photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the clock using the thin adhesive foam pads.
I attached it on to the matching color (blue, gold, violet) backing paper and added the stamped and embossed greeting (Happy New Year and fixed the time on the clock).
