Printed on glossy photo paper, i cut out all of the elements and decoupaged using foam pads, i then mounted the image onto the card using dst and added a silver peel off border.
This is a beautiful design.

I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a white die cut frame and then to a blue card..
I assembled the elements with silicone glue and added one of the sentiments. Lovely design, love the colours.
