Boats and Ships, Happy Birthday, Male, 8 x 8 inch card front plus tagsCompleted by Wynona O'neil

I printed the design and cut it out. I used a teal base card. I cut the lace border from the design and using double sided tape, glued that to my card.

I used the main square Centre design to raise up the Centre, using a darker blue matte behind it. I finished with glitter and diamanté’s.
