I used a dark blue background card. I cut out the design. I used silver foil card and placed these on the blue base card before mounting my main design on top of that, slightly offset for interest.

I added glitter, diamanté’s and foam tape to raise the design in the Centre. I used my second little photo to add to the backusing dst.
