Boats and Ships, Happy Birthday, Male, 8 x 8 inch card front plus tagsCompleted by Wynona O'neil

I printed and cut out my design. I used a natural brown card as my base. I actually cut the lace border from my design, leaving the Centre picture. The lace border was then glued to the base card into a frame around the edge of the card.

I used double sided tape to raise the Centre picture in the Centre into 3D. I then placed the square Centre design back on top of the lace frame. I added some gold peel off stickers, matte spots and some string to finish.
