Art Deco Lady & Dog Topper 2

I printed the design onto smooth white card,then cut out all the elements,I then matted a blank card with black glitter card and added the base design added the decoupage with foam pads,and finished by adding a greeting and three black gemstones.A very elegant card when finished.

I printed the sheet onto heavy weight card paper. I cut out all elements. Using double side adhesive tape I attached the decoupages to the card. Then I glued it onto the base card and added shiny bronze colors onto the embellishments.
