Always Friends Topper

After printiny and cutting out this picture,i tuck a single hole punch,and went all around the outside of the main pictue,then i stuck it to a white card and cut the card down,so it would be just a little showing around the edge,then i decoupaged the other pieces,and added a clear heart shape gem to one of the hearts,a pink flower shape gem to the center of the pink paper flower, and a clear gem onto the ribbon.
