I first made a square blue card blank and added a piece of white satin ribbon centrally. I then cut out each of the butterfly images separately, fixing two above and two below the ribbon.

The finishing touches were glossy accents on all of the butterfly bodies and antenae, two oval gems and a blue gingham ribbon bow.
