This is a card topper with an easy decoupage layer.
To make this card topper, print on quality photo paper, cut around all the pieces, use foam tape or squares to layer the decoupage,measure and fit to a blank card front,and use DSTape to mount, choose your sentiment tag, if you wish to have one.

Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 6x6 card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.
The insert reads Happy Birthday.

I printed the sheet onto good quality white card and cut out the images. I mounted the main image onto my card base using DST. I then added the decoupage with foam pads for a 3D effect.
