The Cool Kids Teenage BirthdayCompleted by Moira Berry

This card I think need very little done to it. I simply mounted the topper onto red card leaving a 1 cm. boarder. I then mounted it onto black card leaving a 1.5cm boarder.

On an A6 card I mounted a piece of silver mirri card with a chain link backing paper on top.

I placed the topper in the centre of the backing paper. Finally I added 4 black gems to the bottom right edge of the card.
