I printed the design onto smooth white card,then cut out the elements,the large topper I scord and folded in half,I then removed the center from one of the small ones and backed with blue textured card then added to the base I finished by adding blue flower gemstones to the edge and to the center of a lime green paper flower on the smaller topper.My interpretation of an over the top card,very pleased with the results,such lovely toppers I will use many times.
