I printed this out on to satin finish photo paper, cut out the base design and used dst to adhere to an 8x8 card.
I added some gold gems to the scrolls, some mauve gems to the bow and also some glitter.
I used foam pads to mount a Birthday greeting banner and square vintage girl embelishment and silicone glue to mount an organza bow at the top.
