Blank Scalloped Topper with Roses 1Completed by Valerie Spowart
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Female
I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to cream patterned paper, then to scalloped edge square card with DST.
I added decoupage with foam pads, added a topper of my own to centre, and finished with cream card candy to corners.
A beautiful design.
