Winter Roses Christmas Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Davina Rundle

I resized the image to print on to half A4. Mounted the topper on to a white scalloped edge card, and layered. Added little blossom sequins to the wreath and a touch of glitter to finish. Such a pretty design.
