This lovely A5 topper has decoupage, greetings, a blank greetings tile and a gift tag topper.

Printed main design onto 130gsm matte inkjet paper and mounted base picture onto pale pink card stock. Attached 3D elements with foam pads and used a border sticker around edge. Added a touch of glitter, faux gems and greeting.

I added some words and printed onto photo paper. After cutting out, I used double sided permanent glue tape to attach card front to card, then used double sided foam tape to attach the decoupage elements.
I used a gold stamp pad to ink the edges and some gold glitter paint to highlight some rose petals and flower centres.
