Copied to glossy photo paper and then cut out all the elements.I used a background sheet from
cup362966_437 matted to green textured card. Folded the truck and matted to front and back using High Tack glue. Built up the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel. Put a peel-off silver boarder round sides and then added three banners, two with quotes supplied and the blank, wrote Happy Birthday on that one. A great, fun card for young and old alike.
