The Bear Has Charm - Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Denise Murray / Paperboo Creations

I printed onto good quality smooth card,cut out and mounted the topper onto a scalloped card blank.I added the decoupage elements using foam pads and added a co-ordinating organza ribbon to finish.I love this sheet,its such a clean,fresh design and would be suitable for so many occasions.
