I printed off the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I selected one of the designs. I assembled the decoupage. I scored and folded an A4 card. The background paper is Little Cupcake backing paper, cUp 115035_796.

I attached the background paper to the card using double sided tape. I then attached the design to the card also using double sided tape. I attached the extra cupcake elements to the card with thin foam tape.
