This kit includes a topper, image layer and a label that says You Know You Are Getting Older When The Candles Cost More Than The Cake.
It's very quick and easy to make.
Just cut out the pieces, attached the topper to a card base, then attach the image and layer to the topper with some thin foam for a bit of dimension.
