Shopping Topper SheetCompleted by Lesley Williams

I made thus up as a 40th birthday card for a friend. Printed the sheet onto super smooth paper and cut out all elements. Covered the front of the card with toning backing paper (cup204170_452 backing paper 5).

I removed the outer frame from the main image and then matted the image onto blue mirror card before positioning to one side of the front.

Decoupaged parcel layers and added a "40" embellishment.
