Purple and Blue Birthday Accessories Card FrontCompleted by Lesley Earing

I printed out the great design onto crafty bob's premium matte photo paper. I then cut out all of the pieces. I matt and layered the main bit of the design onto green paper then attached it to the front of a cream cardblank with a scalloped bottom.

I added some green circles I had cut out, decoupaged the smaller elements using silicone glue. Some gems were added for decoration.
