I added a sentiment to the tag before I printed on matte card, I printed the picture twice more and used these for decoupage layers.

first the bottles, face and beard and then the head above the mouth a and the tag. I used foam squares to add the layers. I highlighted with glitter paint and Glossy Accents on the eyes.
