I printed the sheet on to decoupage paper and cut out the two bottles I needed. I stuck them with foam pads to a rose frame card front then used tape to stick it to a pink card.

I used gold border peeloffs to edge the card, added the greeting and finished off with gems added to the rose and bottles.

Thses sentiments are so useful to add to so many cards.
