Cottage Chic Happy Birthday Topper & DecoupageCompleted by Angela Styles

A really pretty design and a great part of the co-rdinating gift set,of which this is a part.I printed this out on to 180gsm card.I mounted the base layer on to a card blank.I then added the additional layers with foam pads.I added the "Happy Birthday" title from the design, a small sentiment and pearl gems to complete.A very feminine card!
