Cocktail Bear Birthday Topper 5Completed by Karen Cogan

I printed the design onto white card & cut out all the pieces. I then attached all the decoupage elements using foam pads. The topper was then matted onto matching pink & purple paper before being attached to the white card base all using ds tape.

This is a great design & fairly quick to make.
