Breaking Birthday News Topper with Decoupage
This is a birthday card topper for a variety of ages, with a very cute basset hound with ears up listening for the breaking news, for the decoupage layers.
The sentiment tags say,
Happy 21st Birthday, Happy 25th Birthday, Happy 40th Birthday, Happy 50th Birthday, Happy 60th Birthday, Happy 65th Birthday, and Happy Birthday, there is also a blank tag on the card front for you to add your own birthday age or name if wanted.

Printed on matt photo paper, added small square light brown backing sheet and placed on cream 7x7 scalloped card. Built up image with foam pads and added sentiment. Finished with two rows of copper edging. A fun card.
I printed this lovely design onto good quality photo paper then mounted onto white card. I added decoupage using 2 mm thick foam pads
