I typed "Happy Birthday" on the balloon then printed this file out twice. I cut out the card and stuck it on to card stock. From the second printing I cut out the oval with the boy etc and stuck this on with sticky tabs.

I then printed out the "5" again and stuck this on with sticky tabs.
