Before printing this card I typed on "Happoy BIrthday" at the top centre. I printed and cut out the file and stuck the base card on to card stock, cutting the corners out of the card.

I then assembled the decoupage on to the card.

I made another copy of just the car and stuck that on with sticky tabs.
