Blue Hues Frame CardCompleted by Susan P. B.

Copied twice to A4 matte photo paper. Matted to a white shaped card that I had coloured to blend and cut round to to take off excess. Used the back of the card as an insert. The second copy I used for the decoupage. Added some homemade flowers to the corners. Braided blue ribbon and organza ribbon to use as a side strip anchored with flowers. Added a metal cameo with the hairband picked out with Pink Pearl Stickles.

The toned and hues on this design are beautifully soft which lends a perfect backing to the flowers and cameo. Will be suitable for many occasions from get well to birthday.
