Quite a striking card front which is suitable for a male or female. So easy to make, just decoupage the balloons and you're done. This design measures 6 x 6" but it can be resized. I hope you enjoy making it!

I printed out sheet onto matt photo-paper, cut out and attached base to platinum pearlescent card, then to white square card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with platinum gems to corners and gold bow to spine.
